How to Easily Track IPOs on TC2000: A Step-by-Step Guide

What does it do?
I added an “edit formula” to the chart that counts the days the stock has been trading. Unfortunately, it has to be added to the chart, so I put it at the bottom, named it “Days Trading,” and made it as small as possible.
First, to add the plot, click the + in the chart's upper left and choose "Custom PCF Cumulative Indicator" from the list.
Once that plot is added, click on its label and then click Edit.
Second to create the condition, change the chart timeframe to Daily and then click the label for the plot, and choose Create Condition.
Set the following:
Indicator = Formula(C >.....)
Condition = Less Than
Value = 253
True = Now
Once set, click Save to name and save the condition, then click Copy to... New Filtered Watchlist to review results.
Dont you need to add the "=" in one of the 2 conditions? I mean, if not, C=C1 will not be taken into account
